🧵 HOW TO APPLY

1. Heat iron to medium-high (no steam) ~145–160°C (293–320°F).
2. Place patch (adhesive side down) on fabric; cover with a thin cloth.
3. Press firmly for 20–30 seconds, then flip garment and press from the back for 15–20 seconds.
4. Allow to cool completely. For heavy-use items, stitch around the edge for durability.

*Note: Not suitable for heat-sensitive fabrics like nylon or leather — sew-on recommended.
